Chloe grew up in Crestview Hills, Kentucky. She studied dance at a local studio where she joined their competitive dance company. She trained in Tap, Jazz, Ballet, Lyrical, Contemporary, and Hip Hop.
She went on to study Modern dance at George Mason University. While at George Mason, Chloe had the privilege of working with many renowned artists, such as, Susan Shields, Christopher d’Amboise, Kelly Crandall d’Amboise, James Lepore, Dan Joyce, Karen Reedy, and many others. One of the highlights of her college career was being able to co-choreograph and perform in a piece premiered at the Cherry Blossom Festival in Washington D.C.
After receiving her Bachelor of Fine Arts in Dance, Chloe moved to Pittsburgh, PA and is very excited to join the dance community here.
Shayne was born in raised in Butler County. She comes to us with over 18 years of dance and teaching experience. She started her dance career at a local studio where she studied and danced competitively in Ballet, Pointe, Tap, Jazz, and Modern. She went on to study and perform with the Pittsburgh Ballet Theatre; her highlights include multiple performances in The Nutcracker and A Midsummer Night’s Dream. She taught locally while obtaining her MS in Exercise Physiology. She continued to teach dance while she worked in Physical Therapy and Athletic Training. Shayne believes strength training, stretching and flexibility are key to injury prevention for dancers. She is excited to join our team. She strives to help students reach their fullest potential and is always eager to share her passion and knowledge.
